Supported Living Services
We presently operate supported living residences in Southend, where carefully assessed residents enjoy each other’s company. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring that their specific requirements are carefully considered and addressed.”
Our Staff
We recognise that individuals with autism and learning disabilities may experience significant challenging behaviours. However, we understand these needs and employ ethically acceptable and approved intervention strategies, focusing on a Positive Behaviour approach. We utilise NAPPI and other reputable training models to ensure the safety of our service users. Additionally, we provide our staff with comprehensive training program covering various aspects of professional conduct.
